I (Courtney) bake a lot of pies. I like pie. Who doesn’t, really? My grandma taught me how to tackle the ins and outs of pie crust when I was little — she was a pro-pie baker. I’m not quite at her level, but I think she’d be proud of the yummy pastries that come out of my oven.

This year we’re having Thanksgiving with Erick’s fam, and I thought it’d be fun to ask you what kind of pie I should bring to the gathering. I’m not allowed to attend Thanksgiving without pie.
